Therapy for Curious-Minded and Deep-Feeling People
To help untangle the knots of life.
Specializing in supporting other therapists, creatives, individuals navigating perimenopause, chronic illness, and those exploring their gender and sexuality.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with deep thinkers and big feelers, dreamers, the curious, and the passionate. Those who are bruised and depleted by the world. Frustrated and tired of doing. I have a special interest in navigating the complexities of perimenopause, chronic illness, and those exploring their gender and sexuality. My approach is tailored to support those experiencing physical and emotional shifts, helping them find balance and understanding, and exploring the interplay between mental and physical health.
Additionally, I am dedicated to assisting individuals on their journey of self-discovery regarding gender and sexuality, fostering an environment that encourages exploration and authenticity. Each client's unique experience is acknowledged, creating a supportive framework for their personal growth.
I am currently accepting new clients with and without insurance in New York State as well as New York-based nomads (digital and otherwise) travelling around the US or internationally.

HOW I WORK
I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist who believes that meaningful change happens in the context of a safe and trusting relationship. My work is rooted in the belief that your story—your lived experience—matters. Together, we’ll explore how the past continues to shape the present, clarify your goals, and identify the patterns or obstacles that may be keeping you from living the life you want.
My orientation is relational and collaborative. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk with you, to help you make sense of your experience, and to support you in building a more integrated and authentic sense of self.
My work is sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in a social justice framework. I bring an ongoing commitment to self-reflection, accountability, and curiosity. I’m direct, warm, and empathic. I believe in the power of therapy to support real transformation, not just symptom management.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with relationships, processing trauma, navigating identity, or looking to make sense of the life you’ve lived so far, I’m here to help you do that work.
